Adjusting pitches to fit a given range

I use Sonar X3 and just acquired the Spitfire Audio Union Chapel Organ. The pedal board has a range of C-2 to F1 but I have a number of MIDI files with pedal tracks that extend beyond this range.
 
Is there something like a CAL file that will accept a lower and upper pitch then process a track to change any note that falls outside this range? For example, if there is a A1 in the track, the pitch will be changed to A0.
