I generally roll my own using a few shuffle drum tracks I have. but if you Goggle " Name of Song"- midi" ( example- Kansas City midi ) you can find lots of free midi tracks out there. They range in quality from "super lame" to "not bad". You take the "not bad" tracks and beef them up with Sonars wonderful editing and better than GM VST's. I do a bit of this in my spare time on a laptop running Home Studio and only Asio4all via on board and headphones.
The trick is to go to preferences and set Midi /Devices/output to none checked.
This way once you download the midi file and either open from Sonars File menu or associated it to Sonar it will open Sonar and populate the project and insert TTS-1 automatic. From there I add better VST's and re assign track outputs to them. I also delete all the crappy parts like the wheezy saxes vocal track or lead guitars.
Here's what I got top of list by entering " Blues Midi " in google I've found some good stuff on this site. Most sites have the same songs posted.
http://www.midiworld.com/search/2/?q=blues Just click the download link,, you don't need flash player. They will preview in Media Player if assosiated but I set mine to open with Sonar. Media player is faster but they won't sound half as good.
