It looks like a possible candidate for a controller in a restricted desk real-estate situation like mine.
Outdated as an audio interface (2x2, USB 1, no Win10 signature, quite big latency), almost useless as a control surface (with stock functionality), close to useless as a hardware effect processor since it does not work stand alone and you can not record dry+wet in parallel. Complicated signal routing, without routing preset saving possibility. Advantages? It looks good and it cost close to nothing on e-bay
EDIT: I forgot to mention another important advantage: it works under Linux, with complete functionality.
