Snap in PRV?

Did I forget yet this too?
 
What's going on. when I toggle snap on/off in the PRV, global gets toggled, but not PRV snap? Is there a new shortcut that I can't find to toggle both? It seems snap doesn't toggle in the PRV via the N key alone.

    The only thing I can think of at the top of my head is...
    Is your PRV snap settings set to "Follow project snap settings" ?
     
    Because using N to turn off snap in the PRV would have to be synchronized with global snap.
     
    EDIT: Ahh, never mind, im not sure if that makes a difference with snap on/off, only with snap resolution

    Yes... it is set to follow project i believe...

    I can manually toggle, but it is now forcing me to toggle both before snap is disabled in PRV...

    I must be doing something wrong and not noticing?
