Anyone try out Freedrum yet (specifically on Android)?

When Aerodrums came out, the concept was nice, but the use of a light in the face (Playstation 3 eye camera) to get it to work was a massive turnoff, so I let that one fall by the wayside. Since then, a KickStarter page popped up (now expired) to fund a competitor (Freedrum) that works on sheer motion, so is truly mobile. The first batch of that just sold out, and they are getting the second batch in 4 weeks (just got an email on this last week).

Has anyone tried these out, and the real kicker... anyone stress-tested these on an Android phone?

(My computer does not have BT4.0, and although the above list supports older phones than mine, the information about Android usage is rather sparse.)

ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.
