Since last update i am having a lot more crashes

So before the last update i cannot even remember the last time Sonar crashed on me , but since it i know it had crashed 5 times, the most recent being this morning where i lost 4 hours work , yes i know i should save regularly but i forgot and lost the work, i know it crashed just after i wanted to put the new EQ module on my vocal track.
Didn't even get the option to send a crash report or i would have , again , for the 5th time .
 
Anyway , i am thinking maybe i should just reinstall it fresh, what would be the best way to completely remove Sonar and then i will just reinstall it again and see if that stops the crashing.
