help - input getting quantized? (not wanted)

I noticed when I arm tracks it has a red "Q" icon on the track now and sonar is moving my notes around after i'm done recording.  What did I do??  How do I turn it off??

There is an "Input Quantize" control in the Track Inspector (on the left side of your screen). When I turn it on, however, I don't see a "Q" in my track. So I don't know what the "Q" might mean, but check to see if you have Input Quantize turned on.

On that midi track you are recording  . . . go to Inspector View (Keyboard command "I") Then checkout the setting for "Input Quantize" . . . Either turn it completely off, or set it to a finer resolution when you are recording midi.
