Duplicate Track instead of Clone Track

I like that they changed this where you can now duplicate only the track without the clip if you want. Nice.

    Actually, you could always do that. All that's changed is that references to the word "clone" have been changed to "duplicate".
     
    I still find myself looking for "Clone Track", though.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    Yeah.... I still think of clone and then translate that to duplicate...
     
    The new button can be handy, but I miss the fast double C keyboard commands that felt so natural for so long...

    The thing I like most is, in previous versions when I would clone a track, if that track was collapsed it would clone a collapsed track. Now if I duplicate a collapsed track, it duplicates an expanded track.

    I am late to the party but I like the old clone method it was cleaner to me. I am confused by the additional track lane that is added when you duplicate the track checking events.
