I'm not familiar with Neil Young, though I am with Styx. I'll take that as a compliment. Thanks much for taking the time to listen and comment. - Sean\

David, thank you for listening. I hear the Dennis DeYoung resemblance in Sean's voice, but not The Neil Young. Sean's vocals make these songs very easy to mix.

Steve, thank you as well for listening and commenting. This mix seemed to come together very easily. As a band, we all commented to ourselves how this song seemed to be really taking shape early in the tracking. I think it's a testiment to how we are beginning to gel as a band.

My fav from you guys.  Definitely a different vibe than I remember from before.  Overall sound and mix is really good.  I enjoyed it.

For me, this is absolutely the best thing you guys have done to date. Top notch stuff. LOVE that intro guitar tone/riff, but the whole production is excellent.

Great stuff Michael. Great song well performed.
For my taste, I would bring the drums forward in the mix - really drive it along.

Warren- Thanks for listening!  I agree and I'm liking this vibe.

James- Thank you for the kind words.  That was a really cool riff that Sean came up with.

Daryl- Thanks for the listen, bro.  I haven't listened to this in a couple of days, but with fresh ears, will listen to the drums again with your suggestion in mind.

To me, a good mix happens easiest when you have a good arrangement. and that is something you guys have in spades.  There are lots of good dynamics here and the song keeps unfolding in interesting directions.

This is a great sounding song, guys, nice one

Expertly done, in my opinion... Good solid tracking and the mix is perfect to my ears. Each element has its own space and is easily discernable.

Glad I popped in for a listen
