Bug with Platinum 2017-10 Build and Melodyne

First of all ... this is my second attempt to post this - don't know what happened to the first one? Apologies if it shows up twice somehow - I'll delete one if it does.

I just finally upgraded SONAR Platinum to 2017-10 from a build that was very old - like maybe 18 months ago? So I've been far behind on versions and off these forums for a long time.

Anyway - love the new stuff I'm seeing, but noticed a bug with Melodyne right away. (This is Melodyne Studio 4.1.1 BTW). If I have a Melodyne region and hit play, all is fine UNTIL I click in the time ruler to skip around while it is still playing. In that case, the Melodyne region seems to lose its place and gets WAY out of sync with the rest of the tracks. Stopping and re-clicking play fixes it. This is 100% reproducible and never happened in the older version I was using.

Looking to see if anyone else can verify this and/or has any info on status for a fix? I do the "click to skip around" thing a lot when checking mixes, so this kind of harshes my mellow. THANKS!

All I can tell is that this bug was introduced long before 2017-10, I do not know when exactly..

yeah - obviously I have no idea when it was introduced since I skipped over a dozen or more updates to get to the 2017-10. Does anyone know if it has been formally reported as a bug to Cakewalk?

I just noticed this a few weeks back, so it's at least as old as 2017-09, and by the sound of things, a bit older than that.

I can report the same as Chuck. Been too slack to report it because after stop and restart it works again.
