using video question

Hello all, I am on Windows 10 before bit using sonar platinum.
I am exploring the wonderful world of video and music!
Easy and quick question, but could not find the answer so here I am :-)
When working on video, is it possible to insert text using this software? Quick example,
record a video at a concert and but the title of the musicians as a start page – perhaps..

Windows 10 has a video editor that you can use to add text. It is not very robust, but should be able to accomplish what you need to do.
