On Mix Down Or Bounce Tracks, the Left side gets lower.

Hello everyone:
Recently, I noticed that if I attempt to bounce track, the left side is lower volume/level than the right. The original WAV does not have the issue just the result.

I am not doing any tricky dance moves, just a simple Bounce To Track --> Entire Mix --> 24/96 --> Dither = None (I am not changing the Sample Rate or Bit Rate.

Any ideas?
