QL Spaces crashes Sonar

Hi All. Has anyone encountered this issue? I am using windows 10. I have installed East West cloud and all was working fine. I deactivated it for a few months but restarted it up again last week. Everything is fine apart from the fact that QL Spaces crashes Sonar 8.5 and also Sonar Professional when I try to load a preset into it as a vst. This never happened before with same set up. The plug in loads fine but its just as soon as I load a preset, a box appears with the dreaded 'a fatal error has occurred unhandled exception' c0000005 error'. As a standalone its no problem and works fine. BTW this problem occurs with both Sonar 8.5 and Professional.
Hope anyone can help.
Kind regards Tony.

I use QL Spaces on many projects and have never had that problem.  Maybe uninstall and reinstall it?  After you uninstall, go into your vst folders and be sure all its *.dll's are gone.  If not, delete it manually.  There's also a *.exe file in C:\Program Files\EastWest and you might have to delete if it is still there after an uninstall.

    Good luck.
