How do I set my synthesizers program in Sonar Home Studio?

Hi,
so I have a MIDI Track and it sends MIDI to a JUNO-DS. So I look up what MSB, LSB and program the patch has, and I'll use Controller 0, 32 and the program change (probably what SONAR calls "Normal") to set it.

I'm sure I can make it set the bank select and the program, but it will never keep standing there like 087-014-013 so that I could look at it, will it?
Does this part of SONAR look different in the Pro version maybe?

Another point: In the track there seems to be no option to insert a MIDI Envelope with the type "Program Change", is there?

Thanks!

There's 2 places you add the patches and banks but both control what that midi track plays.
Looking at the horizontal dialog boxes in the track view you' see the first  "omni" is for input
the next is the "O" output  to my TTS-1 VST
    next is channel "C"
    next is Bank "B"
    and then patch "P"

You'll want to explore Sonars VST built in sounds that's where the OUTPUT can be changed to at any time. For you the output will be you Juno via midi output via USB or audio interface.
