I Has A Bucket - new original song

So, this is the result of my 6 year old son and I messing around turning a famous internet meme into a little song.  Warning, very simple little ditty and potentially very annoying haha.

On an aside, this is a new Youtube channel for me.  I'll be re-uploading the best stuff from my previous channel in time to this.

    Reminds me of Parry Gripp's stuff - love those silly songs (especially the monkey based ones)

    Haha, thanks Daryl.  I'm very partial to Parry Gripp's stuff as well, so I take that as a compliment.  I love "nom nom nom" and "Neon Pegasus".  He's very good at making very catchy songs out of the most bizarre concepts, so I can very much see where you're coming from actually!
     
    This started with my son and I just singing this together, so I said I was going to make a proper song out of it.  The enormous grin on his face when I showed him the finished product last night made it so worth the effort of putting it together, even after losing a couple of hours of progress on it when my PC crashed and I hadn't saved!

    Brilliant. I've done bits and pieces with my kids in the past.
    It's great when you stumble across them years later :)
    Monkey riding backwards on a pig is my PG fave. Love all that silly stuff.

    Nicely done Kevin.....glad to hear it made him happy. I'm also working on the instrumental parts for a song my little girl wrote and sings. It's similarly very catchy and there's great potential.......for it to be annoying.
