Very nice Tom, loved the tune and the video was excellent....enjoyed that bass line too. The only thing I didn't find agreeable was cooking that stick of butter for 1:27....

Yes it is, but have you ever cooked it in the microwave oven for that long?

    Needs more butter.

Quite a production making that corn bread!
Great video. I liked the expanding circles bit at 5:55  transitioning into a similar looking plate.

Did you just subliminally suggest something to me?  LOL.  This was very interesting and kept me in it for the whole 6+ minutes.  That doesn't happen often.  I almost thought I wasn't going to get to see the cornbread.  Whew, thre it is!  All kidding aside, Tom, it was creative and well performed!

    Thanks to all!

Eph - thanks for the eyeballs. Baskets all around these days!

Daryl - glad you liked! The video is a process of pure joy and mayhem. I have the song done - now let's go find random decent quality clips, and then, try to build a story? What? Out of random clips? It's a creative mayhem puzzle, very much like editing in a DAW . . .

Synkrotron - thanks! That recipe is the real deal.

JamesG - thanks for the bass line appreciation! The song is nothing without it, really. I did a Pultec eq for the first time, kind of monkeyed with it.

Mesh - thanks again! I agree, cooking for 1:27 would be horrendous, and unhealthy. So I'm hoping he's defrosting or melting or that he takes it out after 20 seconds . . .

NukeWinterProduct - Thanks a ton, and welcome to the forum!

Bjorn - thanks! That plate thing at the end is 100% happy accident. I just found two piece of jigsaw that made a little sense together.

Warren - Thanks and yes it's a 6 min + investment! So glad it kept you around. Glad it had a happy ending, very important, particularly with food!

That was so cool and well done. Always loved cornbread. In fact, I bought quite a bit of it last week and I'm already out. Love to try your recipe but the eggs would do me in-allergy. So I make mine without. Anyway, I really like your video and sound track.

    Hey, Tom,

Nice one, Buddy!  Dynamite song, well written and performed, the mix really sounds excellent, and a very cool, fun video!

Great vocals, love the guitar tones and clean solo, the synth parts were a really nice addition, and the bass line was really a fantastic focal point.

Great stuff, brother!  Have a Happy Thanksgiving, Tom!
