I like your vocal - it's cool and laid back.  I thought the snare sounded a bit thin - to my ears anyway.  I liked the lead guitar.

That's a really good song Matt, nice writing. Love the tremolo guitars supporting the strummed acoustic. Yes, tasty chord changes. Through headphones the snare seems to stick out a bit, could soften it with some reverb or take it back a DB maybe.
