How to get loops t follow chord changes

Can it be done? I've been messing around with loops and I want to change the chord but the only way I can do it is changing the pitch in the loop construction view or using melodnye.

Add a Marker at the point you want the Pitch to change in the Popup Marker Box set the Root of the new Pitch.

The Loop must be in a recognised pitch changing format.
