Drums Tempo

Can anyone help please?

I've got multi track drums that werent recorded to a click. I've got a grid that matches the drums now using the ARA drag and drop to the timebar which is really cool. The drums are tight considering they werent played to any click and only vary 1-3 BPM (139-142BPM) throughout the entire song

What i'd like to do now is try fixing the tempo of the song at 140, as in get rid of the variation of the time line caused by the drag and drop) and then try and quantize the drums to that. Ive tried using the audio snap pallette and selecting audiosnap markers follows project and then changing the BPM of the project but it doesn't work.

How do i get the drums to map to a fixed tempo now?

Thanks
