Sonar Retail Box version - Can I register the Product Code and download latest version?

I have a new Sonar Pro retail box which comes with a registration key.
Can I still register it and download the latest version and also get the serial number for Melodyne?

    I don't have it with me and won't to know if it has any value as the Melodyne serial number has value at least.
