Z3ta+2 Demo Deactivation

I realize there are a lot of forums about this but I still can't figure it out. I snatched this software for $25 from Reverb. Got the serial number and downloaded it. However, it is in demo mode when I open it on REAPER.
 
Why? It is registered and redeemed. I downloaded this using my administrator's account, which was apparently one solution for some people. Is there some offline activation thing I have to worry about? This is frustrating as hell.

    If the program was not installed using the Command Center there is an additional activation step. Here are the instructions.
