Contrary to the manual, most of the main window controls in LE are non adjustable but are in PRO, tho you can change them within the sfz file or in Sonar Inspector.

If you don't have PRO try using DropZone.

There is very basic KEY and TIME controls there for the MIDI track connected to Dimension. It may not be useful to you tho. If you're using Simple Instrument tracks it won't work. Either way You would be better off using Dimension PRO or DropZone if you need to make fine tunings to an instrument.

If you're using Simple Instrument tracks it won't work.

Why not? The Key and Time sliders are on the MIDI tab in the Inspector for an instrument track. On the other hand, the Transpose MFX does require a MIDI track.
