Video in Studio One

Has anybody had any luck playing video in Studio One? No luck here

    No problem on my end with Win 10 64 and S1 Pro 64.
    Make sure you are using the correct formats.

    Seems like it's a crap shoot if it will play or not...
    I've matched the frame rate...one did play but didn't have any audio with it
    but the others ...the audio works but no video
    All are mp4 files...
