Re-Installation of SPlat

I still have all of my original installation files backed up as well as every update/patch acquired through the CCC since then.
I have the full version of Platinum upgraded from X3 (upgraded from 8.5) and also paid for lifetime updates.
The updates amount to some 40Gbytes and there are 93 executables.
 
The question is, when I need to re-install it what is the quickest way to get to the latest build of everything using the backups I have? I assume that it won't be necessary to run every update for every part but only the latest version. Is that a correct assumption?
 
For example, I have 23 executables for Sonar Platinum updates with the latest being SONAR_Platinum_Setup_23.10.0.14.exe.
Do I need to install only this, or the original installation executable followed by this, or the original executable followed by all 23 updates? Also, at some point I purchased the lifetime updates. How will an offline installation using backups know about this?

    You'll only need the most recent of any specific installer. I currently have 15 files for SONAR_Platinum_Setup_.... that are in my downloads - but only the most recent is needed. Of course, while the Activation Servers still work, the fastest way is to use the Command Center to install and it will only download and install what is "current" for your license.

    I am pretty sure you only need to install the latest (which is SONAR_Platinum_Setup_23.10.0.14.exe) as all of the updates were cumulative.

    Windows 10 64bit fully patched, 16 gig ram . 
    PCR-800 Controller.  (Working in Win 10 1809 64bit)
    CPU: i5 4670. 
    Video: Nvidia GTX560ti (latest drivers).
    Audio IF: Focusrite 2i2 2nd Gen

    Internet always on.

    Software    : Cakewalk by Bandlab (2018.09 B29)
    ASIO mode. 24bit 48khz 256 samples
