I don't understand why this subforum has any new activity

Title says it all. There's no one on the other end anymore to do anything about it.

    Because not all problems are narrowly solved with a software patch. I've had problems solved here with advice from members (eg changing C++ redistributables), and I hope that continues.

    I have been dealing with some things and away from the forums, but am certainly still here to try to help folks with issues related to things like configuration/use - pretty much stuff not related to fixing an actual program bug.
     
    We forum folks ain't dead yet.... :)

    This concerns me.  Has development of the software ceased?

    Yes. Maybe there is a chance a small team is patching software to work server free, but we have recieved no hint of this.
