Melodyne - Pitch Does Not Stay the Same

I've been changing the pitch of some clips on the same track by dragging to a different pitch.  It seems to work at first, but when I listen to a previous clip, the pitch is not the same.  I'm in track mode, clip mode is grayed out.  What am I doing wrong?
