Command Center Pop Up Splash Screen Removal?

 I fully intend to keep using SPLAT however, it would be nice to be able to remove the Command Center Log In Pop Up screen that appears on opening every new project going forward. I seem to remember this was addressed in a thread way back as to what file needs to be deleted, but unfortunately I cannot locate. Anyone recall? Most appreciated.
