Has anyone else tried a simple Loop Back Test in Mixcraft?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but recorded tracks do not sync up with the source material.
Tracks looped back at 64 samples and 2048 samples are not in sync.
This is an absolute "no dice" for me.
I don't see anyplace in the audio setup to do a "manual" correction.

Didn't Sonar have a similar problem? In that if you recorded a synth at a high enough buffer size, the resulting audio was slightly out of phase with the source. At first I thought it might be due to random behavior in the synth, but then I also found this just recording a simple kick drum sample from Geist with no effects of any kind. Play the recorded kick back with Geist and you hear phasing. I stopped using synth recording in Sonar and went back to exporting audio because I felt like I couldn't trust it.

    I haven't found it.
    Was hoping maybe someone has.

The issue in Sonar, for me, was when you looped a section and punched in.
Each take got later and later.
They had to fix that a couple of times.
