Can I upgrade my SONAR?

I'm a Japanese amature user, so I little speak English, sorry.
I have SONAR Professional. I was considering to upgrade my software, but I can't buy new version! I was thinking of buying opportunities, because I'm a high school student and I don't have much money.
I hope a chance to buy SONAR……

    Cakewalk stopped all operations in November.  You can no longer purchase Cakewalk software. :(

    Oh,no…… I like SONAR's user Interface…… I'm very sad.
    I hope to restart this team! I can't get used to other software(StudioOne, Music Maker, Cubase, etc).
