Melodyne not seen by Sonar as region effect. (solved)

Gents ,
I don´t know how , but suddenly Melodyne is not seen and an an option as a 
region effect on my desktop.
 
Any ideas how to fix that ?

    Hi. Try to log into your account at celemony.com
    Check if you have to remove "old pc", and add new, due to Win update.

    You can have 2 pc's activated at a time, but Win updates will at times change your pc ID.
    Hence the need to check.

    this morning I followed your suggestion .Melodyne is working now as espected.
