Midi Groove Clip File Format Specification for .mid files exported by Sonar

Hello,
Many a good vibrato for you today. I am looking for the Sonar Midi Groove clip file specifications or any helpful document related.
In Sonar you can export .mid files from Midi Groove Clips. I understand that these use the MIDI specifications and I know where to look for those documents. (midi.org, etc). It would be helpful if I could understand what all information goes into these clips so that I can create my own Midi Groove Clips(.mid) files using basic C++ that would be optimized for Sonar Pro. Many a great thanks!

The information here is helpful.

Something that might help explain the sequences from the binary or Hex point of view. I am trying
to send Bank Change messages to my Integra 7.

It would help if you could actually view the Hex data from within Sonar's event list.
