(Solved) Presorus customer support? My account disappeared?
In December 2011, I obtained Notion 3 (Boxed) via a Cakewalk offer and in January 2013 the upgrade to Notion 4 (download). Both were installed with offline authorisation.
On 2014-04-23 my email address was changed over to another because my ISP was discontinuing business (email addresses gone), I received confirmation of changeover from customer support.
In September/October 2015 I obtained a new computer which I connected to the internet and did not transfer Notion 4 over to it.
Since Cakewalk Sonar Platinum might be no more, I decided to check my Presonus account and look at Notion 6 and Studio One 3.
On 30th November I tried logging into my account where I previously downloaded Notion 4 but failed, account did not exist. So I emailed customer support from my last Presonus email received. One week later no reply to email.
On 8th December I sent another email asking for advise, should I re-register products. Today (15/12/2017) no reply.
So today I recreated my Presonus account and tried to re-register my products. For Notion 4, I get " This product key has been registered already. Please supply an unused product key." For Notion 3 reqistration requires 20 or 28 digit licence code, in box Licence card for Notion 3 has a 19 digit code.
Today (15/12/2017) I sent off internal support ticket to Presonus to get my products on my account. I will wait to see what happens.
Previous support for offline activation from Presonus had been good.
