Being from Ontario I don't believe I've ever had proper gumbo.
They essentially just fit us with a feeding tube at birth that pumps in a steady stream of mashed up hamburgers, chicken fingers and french fries for life.

Oh, man...
I was just thinking if I lived on the east coast and had the dough I'd find a connect at the docks and eat fresh sashimi like it was candy.

I can see the ocean from my house. I can go down to the docks and get fresh fish and lobster for a couple bucks.
