midi expression pedal

I am looking for a pedal to use as a wah or volume controller with guitar soft synths such as TH3, guitar rig 5.
I was disappointed that my M-audio Oxygen only accepts sustain on/off type pedals so will need a direst midi output into my focusrite AI midi input.
I have noticed the Behringer fcb1010 on offer lately and would be useful with the extra buttons but this looks a bit complex to set up and looks a bit cumbersome.
I have just dug out my Jen Crybaby but crackles a bit now.

Any good suggestions please?

I use a Yamaha MFC 10, but haven't set it up with amp sims yet. I suspect programming will be similar to the fcb1010.

Thanks, I just checked that out sounds more reliable and gets good reviews but probably paying for more than what I need. Something like the NI control rig would of been fine but now discontinued.

Considering the Roland FC300 too but still expensive considering there is no onboard sounds like similar BOSS pedals.

I have a Roland FC300 that I use with a VG-99 and GR-55. It's easy to use with the VG-99, but it's more of a hassle to program for MIDI than the Yamaha.
