Trying to figure out which monitor to buy...

I'm having some difficulty making a decision on a new monitor, so I thought I'd ask the pros here:  For the past 11 years I have been using a single 20" Dell UltraSharp 2007WFP computer monitor and have been quite happy with it, as years ago, one monitor was the norm.

I have a modest budget for a new monitor, as this one has some dead pixels, isn't as bright as it used to be, and the resolution maxes out at 1680x1050.  It would be really nice for a larger sized screen, and I'm not in the market for a dual screen setup.

I use Sonar Pro mainly for MIDI sequencing on Hardware Synths, but occasionally do Audio Editing and use VST-based synths, so I use Track View, Event List, PRV, and Staff Views the most.  Also, one of my synths uses a VST-based interface.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
#1 - Dell Ultrasharp U2917w 29" Ultrawide (21:9) for around $300, resolution 2560x1080
#2 - Dell Ultrasharp U2715h 27" (16:9) for around $400, resolution 2560x1440 -this would be a big splurge for me, is 2" worth an extra $100?
#3 - Dell Ultrasharp U2515h 25" for $315, resolution 2560x1440
#4 - Dell Ultrasharp (16:10) U2415 24" for $215, resolution 1900x1200

I'm not necessarily brand-loyal to Dell's UltraSharp line, I just know they are very good, have good brightness, and the one I have now lasted me for 11 years now.  If you have any better recommendations, I'd welcome them.
