Perspective

Don't really know what to say, but just felt the need to post.

Was worried about demise of Cakewalk.  Took DAW offline so Sonar would continue working, to access old projects, and purchased a new PC and DAW software.

My 3 year old had a simple accident yesterday and ended up having an operation last night to save his arm, in spite of his chest infection.  Scared me whit less.

Just so grateful that he is home, even if Christmas will be tough this year.

My music/work doesn't seem so important anymore.

If you are that way inclined, prayers would be gratefully appreciated for him, as he is in a lot of pain.

Sorry to offload.

Merry Christmas, and hope 2018 has many great opportunities in stall for all of you.

I'm more of a "positive vibes" kind of guy so you and your boy got those, jb. I'm sure he'll be fine. Kids are resilient and modern medicine can do some CRAZY things these days (if you have access to it of course but that's another topic).

In other news... good to see ya, man. Always liked ya so if this place does go down the crapper cheers to you and hope to cross paths again.

    Cheers!

ANY time is not the right one, but at Christmas time even more so!  Hope everything turns out for the best!   It's unfortunate that we humans sometimes need a challenge to spotlight what's important in life, but it's usually for the best in the long run.

    Keep that Christmas spirit JB!

We'll be praying for your son (and the rest of your family). It may be a rough Christmas, but I think when you look back, you'll be thankful that your little guy got to spend it at home. I know he'll appreciate it (been there, done that perspective, if you will).

    May God keep you close.

“Beer is proof God loves us and wants us to be happy” is attributed to Benjamin Franklin perhaps in error, but the thought remains a worthy sentiment nonetheless.
