Soundforge pro 11 install issue

Hi all
 
I'm having headaches with my last magix purchase , basically after trying the version studio 12 of soundforge i went finally for the pro version .
 
Downlaod ok 
Install , at the end of install i have and error with a missing dll and : 

Error -2147163964 occurred.

 ...then when i try to unistall , not possible ...
 
I had to use the the windows tool to uninstall it ... i then tried everything from compatibility modes , admin , net3.5 manual enabling , ect ....pure Hell !!!
 
Need fresh ideas my friends !! i googled stuff and tried stuff here and there ....but i can't make it work  !!

I found this:
Error 2147163964 & GetLastError:5 During Install
It's for Vegas Video, but it may solve your problem.
