Platinum went into Demo mode

Hello, my platinum went into demo mode and is asking me to renew my subscription.  I sent emails to support but no answer....been weeks ....Really need my software.....Any ideas or help would be appreciated.... Thanks

    If you are not already, right click on sonar and try "run as administrator".

    Hi. You could also try to log out, and back in again in Cakewalk Command Center.

    Support is still there to answer these types of issues but very bare bones crew,  as they say, please be patient. 
    Did you post in the STORE http://forum.cakewalk.com/Cakewalk-Store-f79.aspx
    That used to be where they resolved these issues.. 
    Did you try opening CCC?

    There's no info given as to whether OP actually owns the software or was doing the month-by-month sub... If it's the latter, and he didn't pay for 12 consecutive months, then it's over.
     
    Bee, what payment plan did you use for sPlat?  Did you buy it outright?  Lease monthly?  If monthly, for how long?

    12 month of plan.  plus they said they were cancelling payment plans and opening all software if you were on the plan

    I thought I had heard something like that too, but I don't know the current status...
