Platinum went into Demo mode

Hello, my platinum went into demo mode and is asking me to renew my subscription.  I sent emails to support but no answer....been weeks ....Really need my software.....Any ideas or help would be appreciated.... Thanks

    Yes I have run CCC. It Shows the product under "connected products"
