Trouble downloading Studio One sound sets

I'm having trouble downloading the Sound Sets for Studio One Pro 3.  21 have gone ok, but there are several that continuously fail to download properly.  I've tried from within S1, from my account on the Presonus website, with Firefox and with IE9.  For example, the Presence XT Core Acoustic Guitars.soundset never reaches its proper size on disk, even for the rare case when there is no error in downloading.  This file is supposed to be over 2 gb but the most I get to is 1.8 gb (lots of room on disk).

Anyone else having trouble downloading the sound sets ?

    Sorry to hear you are having troubles with this!  Everything went smooth with the downloads from within Studio One when I installed them.
     
    Maybe network issues?  Are you using Wi-Fi or a hardwired Ethernet connection?  Have you had any issues with any other multi GB downloads recently?
     
    Maybe contact PreSonus support...

    I just tried again from within Studio 1.  Acoustic guitars and keyboards still failed but a couple of others have gone through ok which had failed previously multiple times (strings, basses and winds so far).
     
    I have a great cable/ethernet internet connection and never have downloading problems so don't suspect my end.  I'll just keep trying I guess.
