Failed to load Help

This message is received every time I want to look up something from the help section.
Only the 'Ask Questions - Support' and 'Open Command Centre - About SONAR' sections open, so I can surf the Cakewalk web but cannot find answers direct from the program. The options I need to explain things to me don't work.
What is happening? Why can I not obtain the help I need from the Help options?

Hi. Which version of SONAR do you have?
Perhaps change Preferences (P), File, Advanced and uncheck "Always Use Local Help".
All the best.

Unchecking "Always Use Local Help" works as long as there is an internet connection. When not connected to the internet or when "Always Use Local Help" is enabled make sure the local help file for the release of SONAR is installed. There was a change in 2017.08 that required updating the local help file. Prior to that release local help was not sensitive to the release although keeping the local help in sync with the release was always a good idea.
