how i can get Concrete Limiter? tx

my friend sent me his projet, he use this plugin i dont have. where i could get it?
i read somewhere, in PlatinumCorePlugins. 
but i don't see it. is there a bundle with it inside i can get it? ty

    Concrete limiter was an add on plug in for the pro channel. It is a great plug in but I don't see any way of purchasing it now that cakewalk has stopped selling products in the Cakewalk store.

    The W1 is very close to the CL and is free. Unfortunately it doesn't have the cool bass switch.

    I use both W1 and Loudmax, they work quite well. Can't beat the price either!
