Shaker loops in SONAR content?

Are there simple shaker loops in SONAR content?
1/8th or 1/16th, straight rhythms, natural sounding..?

Usually I record real shakers but often in pre-production the final tempo of the song may change and it would be useful to use tempo aware loops. What would you use?

Look in the EDM Percussion Loops percussion folder. Made by Craig Anderton, added to SONAR Foxboro release (2015.06). Also, if you have the x1 Beatscape (aka X2-3 Loops and One Shots) there are a few shaker Rex files in the loop content.

If you have Sonar X3, there's 51 loops with "shaker" in loop's name, inside the "Loops" folder.

Ableton Live 10 Suite x64
Korg Legacy Collection, FXpansion Tremor, Z3ta+ 2 & Rapture Pro
Win 10 x64 (Still knocking on wood...)
i7 4770, GA-H97-D3H, 16 GB, 7200 1TB + 2TB, RX 580, CX600V2
UA-101 (Thank you, Roland, for the Windows 10 driver!), SM57, MG10/2, MicroKey 37

Thanks for the new suggestions, guys.
Yesterday I installed Beatscape. There are some shakers (and tons of other stuff) but not simple, natural shakers (or I am blind).

I've got X3, too. I'll check the Loops folder as well as Big Fish Cinematic.

The X2 and X3 Loops and One Shots are the Beatscape content reorganized. I did not audition any of the loops except for a couple from the EDM Percussion Loops.

What  I do when I need these things is as Mr Happy is saying, sort of, I make my own and drop them into Session Drummers folder.
I have recorded my real Drums and egg shakers, even a railroad spike,
Session drummer can play wave files. I top and tale the sample in Wave Lab.
Then you add them to the little octapad in Session drummer and have 100% control over placement.
I find searching for just the right sample tediously painful so this works for me.

I tried it: Loop construction tool is the way to go!
It seems to be faster to record & create the loop than search it from all the gigabytes around the disk.

Exactly my experience too.
I'll have to try the loop tool, didn't even know it existed. Good one Mr Happy.

If you use shakers/tambourines regularly, you might be interested in at least looking at Shimmer Shake Strike by In Session Audio. It's a library, so works with Kontakt Player. Full Kontakt not required. They are currently selling it with the expansion for the price of the VI itself ($100; this was also the launch special, the price I paid; they don't do $29 deals). It's not cheap, but there's nothing more realistic. It even adjusts or eliminates the prebeat part of the shake for high BPM songs.

I checked Shimmer Shake Strike demos. High quality stuff, a little overkill for my purpose but it could be useful in my future productions.

There is Valentine Sale "Shimmer Shake Strike with Expansion  × 1: $99" ($40 off).
Where's my credit card...

I purchased Shimmer Shake Strike. Learning curve was steep but short and in 5 minutes I had created the first shaker + tambourine track. Good stuff!

I also created my own shaker and tambourine loops in the Loop Construction window. It is very straightforward to use and it took under 10 minutes to create a loop, editing, processing and saving it to disk.

I noticed lots of things to improvce in the loop constuction tool. Hey Bakers, could you please return to Cakewalk HQ for a minute and fulfil my wishes?

Having said that I am impressed by how easy it is to make an "Acid" loop with SONAR and I am surprised that more people who do have an interest in loops do not use it as a first option.

I think the answer to this is simple- People who use loops are generally not musicians and use loops to make music, where people like you and me are musicians so we enjoy playing instruments. I always found searching through loops a huge waste of my time. It's like they are 99% junk and to find one or 2 that could be ussfull just take too long. So, yes make your own if you already have the instruments siting around.

I came to that conclusion after messing around with Sony Acid...

I think making your own and arranging them would be a suitable creative pursuit.

After being inspired by this conversation, I ended up making a Guiro loop and some Maracas loops for a demo so the band I am working with will consider adding those percussion parts to their arrangement.

The song is free play tempo so first I Set Measure-Beat tempo mapped the project using an existing cowbell and conga track as reference. Then the Acidized loops I made of the extra parts fit in very nicely, and ultimately they seemed more effective than the full length overdubs I had tired to lay down with my limited percussion playing abilities.

Very cool!
