Style dials in Sonar Home Studio?

Hi folks,
I have Sonar home studio, and have read on a different forum about Style Dials, and it seems it can be loaded from the inspector.

I can't seem to find anything relating to style dials in Home Studio in the inspector, just the ability to add various plugins from the FX + icon or dragging from right side list of plugins to the FX folder.
Any clarification would be gratefully accepted.

Many thanks
Joe

Would be no clarification be acceptable?

    Just kidding...

Open the inspector for the track or bus that you want the "Style" dail applied too, click the "MixStrip" tab at the top of the window, in the search box click the " + " button, choose the dail you want to apply.

If you have command center and are online, go to help and peruse the manaul. If not manually download that from your account page.

    Hope that helps.

As the Stump has said it's really well hidden and I worked with Home studio for a whole year before I found that tiny box. It's really a dumied down Pro Channel with only the EQ and the style dials included.
I tried them all and could see no point in what they do. They certainly don't make things sound "better" to my ears.
The Mix strip is without the pro channel modules is almost pointless.

Yeah in my opinion they are more suited for buses then tracks however the curve EQ is real usable and as easy as pie to set and use, more than adequate for track and bus duty.

Thanks guys for replies. I had another look but couldn't find them, so I download the manuals, thanks for that by the way (Strange its a 417mb download just to install two pdf's that are just over 50 and 2mb)
On page 122 on reference guide there is a full comparison chart, and it seems I am out of luck on this one, its not included in Home Studio.
    Not to worry, thanks again.

They are there. I can't put a image up but in the border area of the Inspector at the top is a tab named " MixStrip" click on it, it will turn blue( in the mercury theme) and open up the mixstrip which has the dials.

If your not seeing that then it's not Sonar Home Studio 23( the vetsion I have, the latest). If you do look again its there.

Don't give up yet. Must be a misunderstanding.

True.      I think it is from the last update in September. Which version do you have? If you didn already do so , update your version with Command center, lots of new improvements. The manual is not at all accurate for HS>
