Audio Engine Cut Out

I am having a problem with audio cut out every few minutes of working. I am running an i5 processor and cleaned the Picture Cache out quite a bit and the CPU'S are not being pushed too much, but still cuts out every few minutes and I have to reboot to get it back.
Any Ideas would be appreciated.
