Combine 2 Cake accounts

Help! I have 2 Cakewalk accounts... my original one which dates from 2003 and a newer one which dates from 2016. I made the new one when I lost my old credentials and support helped migrate my products. The original one (this acct) has all my forum posts back to 2003 (and a way cooler icon!) and the newer one has all my products and only recent forum posts. How can I combine the two? I was gonna e-mail support but the site sez that function is unavailable. WTF? I'm at a loss, any tips? BTW, below sig is way outdated.

    We may all start again anyway when the new forum starts up.
     
    I also have an old account, but s may of those posts are now irrelevant, I' stopped caring a long time ago.
     
    I wouldn't worry until we have an idea what's happening with the new forum.

    I had 875 on my old account.
     
    I gave it up because I couldn't change the name (Scoot), which I'd grown out of (old Uni Nickname) and was also causing other posters confusion with Scook.

    The only limitation is below 25 posts you cannot insert hyperlinks. Make a dozen random comments or "+1"s and no worries if you need to post a link before getting there.
