Output mixed audio from Sonar LE

Hi all:
I have several .cwp projects that I want to output to a file whilst mixing live (volume adjustments on some tracks whilst music is playing.  I can successfully export a whole project to an MP3 file, but this doesn't allow for variations in track volumes.  Is there a way I can have the project playing and adjust the sliders live so that the outputted file will include the variations?  Or is there a way I can change volumes of certain track sections (not the whole track) and then export the modified project?
Thanks

Your best bet is probably going to be Automation.

It looks harder than it is.
All you really have to do is right click on the fader knob in Console view and select Read enabled + Write enabled, then make your adjustments in real time the way you want the volume changes to be.
After you are done with these changes, Make sure to turn off Write enabled. (but leave Read enabled on).

What it does is it records fader movements. This goes true for other parameters in Sonar as well like panning, mute, exc.
Its probably one of the greatest features of the digital audio workstation since its inception.

If you have any problems let me know.
