I think the op is wishing to do this to multiple tracks , I just tried it and only the one track slips. So I think you just have to do them one track at a time. 
The other option is to insert a "SPLIT" to the multiple tracks and delete the unwanted part to the right. 

Yeah, I confirm Kens post.  Let me have a go...
 
Wiz, it would be easier to first stack the desired track together (if not already done so), then click on the first track in your desired stack and while holding down the Shift key, click on the last desired track in the stack (make sure the clips in the desired tracks are now highlighted.  You may have to double click on the last desired track for all of them to be selected).  They all the desired tracks should now be selected. Now, just for insurance sake, group the clips together (I don't think this is absolutely necessary but it might be helpful).  Now go to the end of one of the grouped (desired) clips and move, slide, roll, edit as desired and all other grouped clips will follow.
 
One question, however, do all the desired tracks end at the same time?  If not, then the above method may not have the desired effect since slipping the end of the clips will only affect the clips that end the same time until you reach any other clips that end earlier in the timeline.  So, if you have clips with different end times, focus on the clip that ends last.  Unfortunately, only that clip will change until you reach the ends of the earlier clips.  Note that if you want to extend (roll/slip) out the length of the clips (to the right in the timeline) then you will need to focus on the one clip with an ending earlier than the rest.
