Having trouble drawing edits to midi controller data

Scenario...

I've recorded a MIDI track with a few controllers (wheel and mod).

When I open the PRV and display the data for either controller, i don't seem to be able to draw curve corrections as I used to.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but due to life issues I've done very little such in a while...

Thanks...

Any chance you can utilize the pattern tool?  (Type "t" for the HUD edit tools, just in case that slipped your mind over time.)

    Kind regards,

Have you tried using other DAWs?

    Thanks technot...

Not sure how the pattern tool will help, but I'll try it...

Dappa? Barking up the wrong tree, but thanks for the thought. I've done this many times in the past so I'm sure to figure it out. again...

I'm a 30-odd year Cakewalk vet and not planning to change though I have others...

I used to be able to simply draw and I'm guessing there is still a way...

I've had this happen and I ended up having to re-select the (for example) pencil or line draw tool. Seemed as though it lost track of the default edit tool. Only happened on one occasion that I can recall.

    Thanks Rbh...

I tried changing tools and various key modifiers... nothing ever gave me the ability to draw/edit as I used to do. So I must be missing something new to the procedure since they did the last PRV re-write...

I don't think they would have eliminated such tools, so there must be a new way to access/achieve this.

    Hey Keni,

Have you tried the MIDI Transform Tool?  I recall messing with this a bit some time ago but forgot about it.  Sorry about that.  Hope it's helpful.  Here a link from the online help:
