Sonar platinum in demomode only

Hi,
 
as i wrote above my platinum runs in demo mode only. It is long paid, i started it with and without c3, my windows uac is admin and offline activation doesn't work either (without a fault report). My error code is 2000,0. 
 
Any help is welcome, thanks,

    Best option is probably to use the support pages to report the problem. Usually when you get stuck in demo mode, running Cakewalk Command Center again and letting it link to the Authentication Servers will usually un-Demo Mode SONAR. I did have it happen to me once. I connected to the Internet and ran Command Center and everything came back to normal.

    Yeah, the new company, BandLab, is in the process of Migrating everything to their own existing servers, to truly merge the Cakewalk IP (like SONAR and other products) into their own 'EcoSystem'. So it appears the support service finally got turned off - likely once things are back online in the BandLab environment everything will be back to normal.

    Bad news is I imagine the activation servers are in the middle of Migrating too.
